RPA And Automation Engineer

This is a remote position.

We are looking for an RPA and Automation Engineer to join our team and help transform manual, repetitive workflows into intelligent automated processes. This role focuses on replacing manual tasks involving local ERPs and external platforms with scalable bots and integrations, ensuring our clients achieve greater efficiency, accuracy, and operational impact.

You will work with a consultancy with over 20 years of experience helping organizations transform challenges into growth opportunities. We specialize in data-driven transformation, solving inefficiencies, and enabling businesses to scale through strategic insights and cost reduction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop automation solutions for manual workflows across Windows and web environments
• Design, orchestrate, and maintain automation flows using tools such as UiPath, Selenium, and n8n
• Integrate legacy systems (including ERPs) with external platforms through APIs or UI-based interactions
• Test, monitor, and continuously improve automated routines to ensure stability and business value

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency with UiPath for Windows-based automation
• Hands-on experience with Selenium for web-based automation
• Practical knowledge of APIs and webhooks
• Mid-level coding skills in Python, Java, or C#
• Familiarity with enterprise automation tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
• Business-oriented mindset, capable of understanding and improving processes end-to-end
• Ability to deliver smart automation solutions with measurable impact
• Intermediate English

Desirables:

• Experience with orchestration tools such as n8n or Apache Airflow
• Experience integrating ERPs (such as IFS) via API or external trigger customizations
