Tasks And Qualifications
Mission: To be in charge of the conditioning of the company's equipment.
Main functions and responsibilities:
- Ensure the maintenance of forklifts (repair, periodic inspections, modifications, painting, etc…).
- Inspect the conditioning of machines for demonstration, STR, and used.
- Repair customer machines with direct delivery in the workshop.
- Repair outdoor machines.
- Supervise the work or customer orientation (needs, doubts, utilization advice, etc.).
- Comply with the norms and procedures in the field of integral safety established by the organization.
- Perform all administrative tasks associated with your job position within the established deadlines.
- Prepare reports on technical deficiencies detected that affect or may affect the safe operation of the vehicles.
- Ensure and collaborate in the cleaning of the work area.
- Use, maintain, and properly guard all tools, utensils, means, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) provided by the company.
- Manage the supply of materials and spare parts correctly.
- Communicate through the application, the openings and closures of incidents, as well as other incidents that may occur.
- Propose improvements to the processes and work methods.
Formation, knowledge & experience:
- Medium or higher level professional training module (Mechatronics or similar), secondary education or similar, or at least 1 year experience in the sector as a technical maintenance/repair technician.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office.
- Training in occupational risk prevention in the metal sector (20 hours in person). If not, we will train you internally.
- Valid front and retractable forklift license. If not, we will train you internally.
- Knowledge of English at a reading and writing level. It will be positively valued to be able to hold a simple meeting in English and understand the received message.
