Tasks include:
Commercial management of the service business in a geographically defined area (Mittelland)
Acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing customers
Sales of services and accessories, control of their implementation
Recording and processing of customer inquiries of any kind
Support and control of fleet customers, or their vehicle parks
Assistance in the development of promotions
Support and management of service technicians in a defined area
Support of the deployment team (dispatching) and spare parts sales
Control of productivity and travel shares of service technicians
Qualifications include:
Technical basic education (knowledge in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical fields, commercial training)
Several years of experience in a similar position
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
French and English language skills are advantageous
Good computer skills
Leadership experience
Organizational talent, resilient, and flexible
