Tasks and Qualifications:

Mission:

We are looking for a strategic profile, with an integral vision of the business, that combines product and solution management with commercial training to lead the development and positioning of the Linde Warehouse portfolio in the Iberian market. This figure will be key to enhancing the added value of the offer, developing the life cycle of products and solutions, and ensuring the training of the commercial network.

Functions and responsibilities:

In dependence of the Sales Training and Product Specialist Manager.

Product and solution management:

  • Lead, define, and develop the product strategy of the Warehouse (indoor) range throughout its life cycle, aligned with the global strategic marketing vision.
  • Analyze the market and competition to identify local opportunities and needs, as well as market trends.
  • Plan and manage launches of new products and solutions in collaboration with the Sales Training & Product Specialist team, HQ, and aligned with the brand communication plan.
  • Develop sales arguments and commercial tools aimed at the direct and indirect commercial network. Support and accompany the network in demonstrations, customized solutions, and technical advice.
  • Drive product development in all business areas, ensuring the necessary technical-commercial support to achieve objectives.
  • Provide support to the commercial network in technical consultations with the support of the Sales Training & Product Specialist team and direct contact with the factory.
  • Identify and transfer the strengths of the offer with the Mkt&Comm team to activate effective local actions aligned with the strategy and communication plan.

Training for the commercial network:

  • Collaborate in the design and planning of the commercial network training plan, ensuring that teams have the appropriate training to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to drive the offer of counterbalanced forklifts.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Training & Product Specialist team in the creation and adaptation of dynamic teaching materials and digital tools tailored to the needs of the network.
  • Execute training on the products and solutions of the offer.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the programs, segmenting by levels and areas of competence for more efficient and personalized training.
  • Collaborate in internal and external brand events.

Education, experience, and skills:

Degree in Industrial Engineering, ADE, International Business or similar and/or experience in product management and commercial training in industrial or B2B environments for at least 5 years.

  • Master’s degree in management is valuable.
  • Experience in the Material Handling sector is highly valuable.
  • Complete competence in Spanish and English, capable of communicating fluently and precisely in professional contexts, providing negotiation capacity when required.
