Tasks and Qualifications:
Mission: To drive the development and positioning of the Linde product portfolio and solutions in the Iberian market, combining a strategic vision of the business with product management and commercial training. Your objective will be to maximize the value of the offer, manage the life cycle of the solutions, and strengthen the commercial network's capabilities.
Main functions and responsibilities:
Product Management:
- Lead, define, and develop the product strategy throughout its lifecycle, aligned with the global strategic marketing vision.
- Analyze the market and competition to identify local opportunities and market trends.
- Plan and manage the launches of new products and solutions in collaboration with HQ, and aligned with the brand's communication plan.
- Develop sales arguments and commercial tools oriented to the direct and indirect commercial network. Support and accompany the network in demonstrations, customized solutions, and technical advice.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Management team at HQ for the development and adaptation of products and solutions in the range of electric counterbalanced forklifts.
- Drive the development of product and solutions in all business areas (NT, STR, UT, CS), ensuring the necessary technical-commercial support to achieve the objectives.
- Identify and transfer the strengths of the offer to the Mkt&Comm team to activate effective local actions aligned with the strategy and communication plan.
Training for the commercial network:
- Collaborate in the design and planning of the commercial network's training plan, ensuring that teams have the necessary training to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to drive the offer of electric counterbalanced forklifts.
- Create dynamic teaching materials and digital tools adapted to the needs of the network.
- Execute training on the products and solutions of the offer.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the programs, segmenting by levels and areas of competence for more efficient and personalized training.
- Collaborate in internal and external brand events.
Education, knowledge, and experience:
Degree in Industrial Engineering, ADE, International Business, or similar, and/or experience in product management and commercial training in industrial or B2B environments for at least 5 years. Valuable master's degree in management. Highly valuable experience in the Material Handling sector. Complete competence in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate fluently and precisely in professional contexts, providing negotiation capacity when required.
