The Sales Coordinator is a key role within Sales Operations, responsible for ensuring the end to end coordination, accuracy, and timeliness of KION ITS New Truck and Used Truck orders. The position manages the Order to Delivery (O2D) processes once order packs have been created by the Brand. This includes coordinating deliveries in line with regional requirements, managing invoicing to customers and finance houses, and ensuring all supporting documentation, payment terms, and compliance requirements are met.
