Job Opportunity At Still S.p.a.

The position will be hired by the company STILL s.p.a., part of the Kion Industrial Trucks Solutions EMEA-ITALY organization. This includes the brands STILL, Linde Material Handling, and Baoli. These brands are part of the KION Group, an international leader in the material handling and intralogistic sector.

Mission: Coordinate the organization and activities of the Service in line with assigned targets and in respect of the company's strategy. Ensure the correct planning of projects in the Service area and promote the development of the service activity, ensuring its profitability. The activity is aimed at business development in the territory for the maintenance of active customers and the procurement of new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defines the strategy to adopt for main and potential customers with reference to service orders, ensuring their satisfaction;
  • Ensures the coordination and management of the Service Team Coordinator and Service Consultant activity, assigning objectives and ensuring their development;
  • Manages and promotes the acquisition of new customers for the Service, through a strong direct commercial activity;
  • Plans and guides projects in the service area;
  • Has the administrative responsibility for the process related to service orders, coordinating the activity of the Service Back Office.
  • Collaborates with the Employer for the correct application of health and environment indications.

Tasks and Qualifications:

  • Degree in technical disciplines;
  • Previous experiences in similar roles preferably in companies of the forklift sector or related fields, of medium-large size and modernly organized;
  • Strong technical background (mechanical and/or electronic and/or managerial);
  • Good knowledge of the English language;
  • Excellent knowledge of the office package and an ERP management system;
  • Excellent relational and communication skills;
  • Leadership qualities and ability to manage resources;
  • High level of organization and ability to manage one's own work independently;
  • Planning skills;
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
