The NKAM purpose is to develop mutually beneficial business relationships between Linde and their designated portfolio of customers. Whilst also ensuring: National Key Account individual targets are achieved Ensuring all CRM targets including visits, pipeline and quotation quotas are met Develop and implement a customer strategy for all accounts within their portfolio in conjunction with the CDP and contract managers.
