Tasks And Qualifications:

Mission:

Provide the strategy, direction, and leadership to Linde MH for the management of large accounts in Spain. Grow, in a profitable way, the business of National Key Accounts through the increase of market share and the contribution of added value and solutions. Lead the organization to win and retain customers ensuring that they develop a deep understanding of their customers' needs and satisfy these needs. Therefore, the growth of the business with a performance in line with the budgeted.

Also, join, establish, and grow the profile of NKA within the brand leadership team and help with the overall commercial strategy of growth not only within NKA but also at a regional level.

Main functions and responsibilities:

  • Provide the strategy and direction for the NKA to develop and deliver a plan that meets and exceeds the annual sales target.
  • Direct and lead the approach for the NKA business team to secure new business annually.
  • Develop and deliver a plan that meets and exceeds the Customer Service Level Agreements in a profitable way.
  • Work together with the Business Development Area Manager (BDAM) and the Commercial Director to ensure that plans and actions are delivered effectively and help to achieve the regional budgets.
  • Collaborate with the Dealers and delegations to ensure that they understand the requirements, forecasts, and general operational and financial impacts of the accounts and the NKA department and within their individual P&Ls.
  • Work together with the sales managers in the development of the Regional – National accounts to align the criteria of the management of large accounts, work together the active management of the segment clients.
  • Collaborate with the regions to ensure that they understand the operational and financial general requirements, forecasts, and impacts of NKA that NKA has within their individual P&Ls.
  • Collaborate with the international key accounts to ensure that they understand the requirements of KA of Spain, how they are performing and what result they are achieving by themselves.
  • Lead and align the organization with an effective and consistent approach for the management of large accounts.

Education, knowledge & experience:

  • Higher / medium education in Engineering or financial area. Valuable initial or medium education in other areas with a minimum of 4 years of experience in team management and large account sales.
  • A successful track record in the management of contract teams before and after the tender based on services in the related industry of equipment goods, with a combination of operational skills and asset lifecycle management
  • Experience in the service to national clients, production management, and contract administration, creation and management of the terms of the service level agreements (SLA) and the profitability of leasing and maintenance contracts
  • Knowledge in Corporate Governance; pricing policies, outsourcing practices, and accounting and financial principles, market and conduct
  • High English.
  • Availability to travel 50%.
  • Valuable CRM / SAP / IT Knowledge
  • Project management skills
