Tasks and Qualifications:

Your responsibilities:

• Recruitment of new employees in coordination with the management for the entire German and Western Switzerland.
• Support and advise the specialists and managers along the employee lifecycle in all HR-relevant areas.
• Assist and implement HR projects.
• Primary responsibility for vocational training (ensuring processes and legal requirements, recruitment, coordination with practice providers, first point of contact for school, parents, etc.)
• Help with the maintenance of HR administration (master data management, time accounting, etc.)

Your profile:

• Commercial basic education with further training in the HR field (level HR specialist/manager)
• Experience in HR and vocational training in a similar position
• Very good German language skills in speech and writing and fluent French in speech and writing, as well as English language skills are advantageous
• Good knowledge of labor law
• Very good knowledge of common MS Office programs
• Enjoyment of taking on HR projects and continuously improving processes
• Consistent, service-oriented personality who enjoys working both in a team and independently
