Tasks And Qualifications:
Mission: To perform the assembly and maintenance of machinery, carrying out operations of: preventive maintenance, corrective (notices and repairs), safety checks, start-up and delivery of machines to customers, etc. Also provides technical and commercial advice to the customer, in the technical assistances it carries out.
Main functions and responsibilities:
- Execution of technical service work
- Realize preventive maintenance applying the check-list established in KION for each machine model.
- Realize notices of faults and repairs, identifying deficiencies and notifying the customer, its direct repair or well through the approval of a previous budget.
- Supply spare parts. Identify the need for spare parts in the machine and manage its replacement.
- Perform safety tests on machines, in accordance with the legal technical prescriptions.
- Mount new machines, effect start-up and deliver the machine to the customer.
- Elaborate the repair budgets of machines and supply of spare parts, in accordance with the guidelines established in the organization.
- Commercial attention to customers.
- Advise the customer on everything related to the machine and the service: technical issues, spare parts, recommended and necessary repairs, etc.
- Be a proactive person in the identification of sales opportunities of: services, spare parts, new machines and improvements in existing machines, informing the customer and notifying their Technical Advisor and/or Area Manager.
- Generation of technical assistance bulletins (BM).
- Elaborate the bulletins in accordance with the Organization's guidelines in terms of: daily transmission, customer signature, coding of the type of assistance, identification of the spare parts used, etc.
- Management, custody and care of the technical means and material assigned.
- Correct use and care of: workshop vehicle, notebook, telephone, tools, utilities and inventory of spare parts and in general of all the assigned material.
Formation, knowledge & Experience:
Medium or higher level of professional training (Mechatronics or similar) or experience in the sector as a maintenance / repair technician, for at least 2 years.
Non-regulated training / Languages / Specific knowledge:
