Tasks and Qualifications

Your tasks:

• You acquire knowledge in metalworking, electrical engineering and control technology
• You spend nine weeks in basic training at our training center in Hamburg
• You also attend subject-specific training courses for forklift trucks – both at our training center in Fürth and at various branches throughout Germany
• You work independently on the assembly of hydraulic, electronic and mechanical components on forklift trucks and warehouse technology systems
• The maintenance and repair of forklift trucks and loading devices is also part of your tasks
• The goal is to develop you into a fully qualified service technician in one of our service areas after the training period of 3.5 years

Your strengths:

• You have a good secondary school leaving certificate – especially in mathematics and physics
• You should also have an understanding of technology and manual skills
• We expect a high willingness to travel, as the first year of training will take place mostly at different locations
