✨ About The Role
- Responsible for project management and execution of Superculture ingredient development, ensuring efficacious solutions for key health needs
- Collaborate closely with scientists, commercial team members, and external partners to develop ingredients and improve technical organization and processes
- Own and continuously improve ingredient development tracking and organization structures, including planning documents, meeting structures, and communication across workstreams
- Lead cross-functional team project meetings, coordinate complex technical workstreams, and manage ingredient validation with internal and external stakeholders
- Play a leading role in taking ingredients from concepts to multi-million dollar, patent-protected assets that deliver real health impacts
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced in project management or business roles, preferably in a scientific or R&D environment, with 2-4+ years of relevant experience
- Highly organized individual with a proven track record of managing multiple complex projects and meeting deadlines effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with technical and commercial team members to drive business outcomes
- Clear and concise communicator, both in written and verbal communication, with the ability to structure complex challenges and see them through to completion
- Comfortable navigating technical subject matter, preferably with a degree or experience in a STEM field, such as biology or engineering
