Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to how-to questions related to business applications
  • Reset passwords and assist with account access
  • Guide users through navigation of center management platforms
  • Document recurring issues and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain high-quality customer service during all interactions

Qualifications:

  • 0–1 years of IT or customer support experience
  • Basic understanding of common enterprise applications
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
