About the Role

The Bid Support Manager is a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional responsible for leading the global bid response process for Professional Services, with a primary focus on EMEA. This role will play a critical part in leading, coordinating, and preparing high-quality, compelling bid responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and other tender processes related to Maestro software implementations. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Strategic Directors, Client Partners, Professional Services, Sales and Marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals that align with client needs and showcase our value proposition.

What Will You Do

Lead Bid Response Process for Professional Services:

  • Own end-to-end management of Professional Services bid responses for RFPs/RFQs.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Directors and Client Partners to define response structure, key messaging, and win themes.
  • Draft comprehensive, high-quality initial responses that align with client requirements and internal capabilities.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure all proposal documents meet corporate branding and presentation standards.
  • Manage and facilitate internal reviews, feedback loops, and finalization of responses ahead of submission deadlines.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with the broader Sales team (including collaboration with Mark Amrite) to ensure submission of a comprehensive, integrated proposal covering all solution components.
  • Develop and maintain proposal content library:
  • Create and maintain a master repository of reusable proposal assets, including templates for executive summaries, delivery methodology, scope and risk management, value propositions, case studies, and compliance documentation.
  • Continuously update and refine content to reflect evolving solutions, methodologies, and client success stories.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Serve as a key liaison between Professional Services, Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery, Legal, Finance, and Marketing teams.
  • Drive alignment and accountability across stakeholders to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency in bid responses.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of bid response activities.
  • Leverage tools, templates, and technology to streamline response development and content management

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting or in professional services organizations covering bid management, proposal development, or sales support, preferably within SaaS, software implementation.
  • Proficient in designing compelling & professional presentations and documents using MS Power Point, Word and Excel, tailored to diverse audience.
  • Strong understanding of Professional Services delivery models, project management principles, and software implementation lifecycles.
  • Experience responding to complex, multi-disciplinary RFPs in a global enterprise environment.
  • Excellent written communication, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Maestro software or similar SaaS platforms is a strong advantage.
