As a Lead Field / Senior Project Coordinator, you will be instrumental in driving the successful execution of large-scale energy and nuclear projects across Canada. This role requires a blend of robust field leadership and expert project coordination capabilities. You will be responsible for overseeing safety compliance, ensuring quality standards, adhering to project schedules, and managing costs effectively. Acting as a critical connection point, you will facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between engineering teams, construction crews, subcontractors, and key project stakeholders to achieve project milestones and objectives.

This role primarily involves work at construction and industrial project sites, which require adherence to strict health and safety regulations and protocols. The position demands a high level of physical activity, including site inspections and travel between various locations. Work hours may vary depending on project phases, occasionally necessitating extended shifts or weekend presence to meet project deadlines. Other Requirements:
Base Compensation: $100,000/yr - $120,000/yr (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
