General Manager / Youth Fitness/ Fitness Sales

KidStrong General Manager - Missouri City, TX

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our amazing program KidStrong. We are a fun, hard working team looking to grow and it will take a high energy, highly engaged coach and leader to help us do so.

The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the classes, camps, growing the membership base, driving revenue and facility management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing others, business knowledge, and experience coaching and/or working with kids. $42-$50K

Benefits: $60 towards healthcare coverage, 2 weeks PTO, 3 sick days to start, bonuses every month on top of your salary.

Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Own the sales pipeline
• Drive membership growth
• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue
• Monitor inventory and order supplies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
• Address customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Oversee all aspects of center operations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar leadership or sales-driven role
• Proven ability to hit revenue targets
• Strong understanding of child development
• Familiarity with POS systems, CRM tools, and scheduling software
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
