Account Executive

The Account Executive role at Kick is the bridge between Sales, CX and Product; making sure customers quickly get to value and ensuring their feedback shapes what we build next. Kick is a fast-growing applied AI company solving a real problem every Entrepreneur faces, getting held by their archaic finance and accounting–instead of growing their business. This is your chance to crush quota, write the playbook, and transition into a GTM leader at a category-defining company.

You will:

  • Own our high velocity sales funnel ensuring a seamless customer journey for Business Owners.
  • Partner across CX, Sales and Partnerships to deliver a world-class experience for our customers.
  • Become a product expert and help Business Owners use Kick effectively; assisting prospects through the trial and evaluation phase.
  • Design repeatable processes across the customer journey from the introduction call to the handoff to CX.
  • Track and optimize key metrics like conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and pipeline growth.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and provide clear, structured feedback to the Product, Engineering and AI teams.
  • Grow into leadership by proving the model, then helping hire, mentor, and scale our direct GTM.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a proven 3-5+ years track record of meeting & exceeding SaaS sales quota targets.
  • Has the ambition to shape a team, instilling culture, mentoring teammates and build a best-in-class GTM organization.
  • Takes ownership and do your best work in a fast-paced and adaptive environment.
  • Has extraordinary written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Bonus if:

  • You have empathy for entrepreneurs through experience as a Founder or being self-employed.
  • You have advanced business technical qualifications or experience (e.g. MA/MBA, CPA).
  • You have experience selling to a technical accountant or finance audience.

Location: In person, 4 days/week, at our dedicated downtown Toronto office.

What We Offer:

  • CAD $180,000–$220,000 OTE (50/50 base/commission), uncapped commission, plus generous equity.
