Sales Enablement Director
KIBO is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales Enablement to join our growing GTM team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing and executing sales enablement strategies that empower our sales team to succeed and drive revenue growth. What You'll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales enablement programs, including training, content, and tools for the sales, solution engineering, and business development teams.
- Create and manage a curriculum that covers our Kibo Commerce platform, with a specific focus on Commerce and Order Management capabilities, and its applications in both B2C and B2B environments.
- Manage the sales enablement tech stack and resources, including our sales resources, learning management system (LMS) and other sales tools, ensuring they are used effectively to support sales initiatives.
- Conduct analysis to identify knowledge and skill gaps within the sales team and develop targeted training to address them.
- Define and manage a competency development strategy with a demonstrable ROI impact to the business; Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and report on their impact to leadership.
- Create and maintain sales playbooks, competitive intelligence materials, and other sales collateral that is both accurate and easy to use.
- Shadow sales calls, study sales results and come up with a training plan to address gaps across the various teams.
- Coach and mentor sales reps to improve their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Formally and objectively assess and document new-hire performance, existing sales performance, and deliver performance-based feedback.
- Provide ongoing or additional training to sales professionals struggling or at-risk with meeting their goals based on skill set and/or competency.
- Work directly with sales, marketing, customer and product management to ensure that our sales team is fully prepared to sell and articulate the value of new product features and solutions.
What You'll Need
- Prior sales enablement leadership experience; preferably within a SaaS organization specializing in Commerce and/or Order Management.
- Proven track record of building and executing successful sales enablement strategies that directly contribute to revenue growth.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and simultaneously.
- Experience facilitating learning, coaching and developing techniques.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or similar frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Energy, passion and a great attitude is a must.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically to achieve business objectives.
- Creative problem-solver with a detail-oriented and proactive approach.
- Experience in Salesforce CRM and Sales tools.
- Highly collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
