Service Technician And Commissioning Specialist

We work closely with our customers around the world and are a preferred partner for various companies from the retail, dairy and beverage industries, the postal and parcel industry, as well as the automotive industry. Currently, we supply over 1500 customers in more than 65 countries on all continents. In addition to our headquarters in Söderkulla, we also have a branch in Romeoville (USA) and in Heidenau near Hamburg.

For the expansion of our "Project & After Sales" team, we are looking for a new team member who will support us as a service technician (m/w/d) and commissioning specialist (m/w/d). You will mainly support our customers in southern Germany, but also in adjacent European countries. Here you will either work directly at our customers on site or from the home office.

Tasks

• You carry out service missions for our driverless transport systems and our route trains in Germany and abroad.
• You integrate our mobile robots at our existing and future customers in the southern German and adjacent European area.
• You are responsible for the annual maintenance missions and safety inspections of our systems according to DGUV with great care.
• You are responsible for the exchange of wear parts, the repair of defective system components, and for the calibration of the vehicles.
• The creation of offers for required spare parts and services also counts among your tasks.
• You are the first point of contact for our integration partners in case of support requests.
• You master technical training for the maintenance teams of our customers of mobile intralogistics professionally and confidently.

Qualification

• You have a completed technical vocational training (e.g. mechatronics technician, electrician).
• You love to be on the road and at our customers on site. However, we are very keen on you being at home on weekends.
• Your service spirit and your communication skills make it easy for you to handle every customer and make you an absolute team player.
• Your sense of responsibility and your structured and independent way of working characterize your daily doing and lead you safely to the goal.
• Good German and English skills in speech and writing round off your profile.
