Business Service Officer oversees a portfolio of Business Banking clients reporting to Commercial Onboarding and Servicing (COS) to within an assigned market. The BSO will serve as a primary point of contact within the Business Banking Segment and drive servicing execution. The primary objective of the role is to lead the delivery of a premium client experience and value through timely, quality resolution of client service requests and proactive client outreach and support, while managing and mitigating Bank and Client risk.

This position is eligible to earn a base hourly rate in the range of $24.03 to $26.44 per hour depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes short-term incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
