Preferred Qualifications

Minimum Education: High School graduation or GED. Minimum Work Experience: 2 years or more of supervisory experience preferred. Required Skills:

• Ability to demonstrate professionalism and courtesy in dealing with the public
• Ability to work with other departments & employees regarding departmental policies and procedures.
• Ability to recognize, evaluate, solve problems and correct errors.
• Ability to communication well & get along with patients and other hospital personnel.
• Knowledge of transport, phlebotomy, EKG's
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Demonstrates responsibility to patients & to other members of the healthcare system.
• Ability to effectively train.
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to schedule and lead a diverse group of individuals.
