We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager, Leisure with a strong focus on the US market. The role's primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth across Rooms, Spa, and Food & Beverage by managing and expanding our existing leisure account base, while also proactively identifying and developing new accounts with strong business potential. The Senior Sales Manager will be accountable for meeting and exceeding revenue forecasts, room night production, and sales activity targets as outlined in the annual plan. Key duties include building strong relationships with existing partners, securing repeat business, and strategically developing new key accounts to maximize market share for One&Only Aesthesis.
• Sales-oriented individual
• In-depth understanding of the luxury market and the profile of UHNW individuals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English (Spanish or Portuguese is considered a plus)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong background in all aspects of the hospitality sales industry
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
• Minimum of two (2) years' proven experience driving leisure sales from the US market for a luxury hotel brand
• University/college degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
