About The Role

  • Based in Dubai this role is responsible for supporting, managing existing accounts and developing accounts from the above-mentioned markets and segments
  • Responsible for growing and maintaining share of inbound leisure markets from assigned account base
  • Developing relationships with assigned portfolio
  • Taking an entrepreneurial approach to dynamically leverage trade partnerships
  • Representing Atlantis The Palm and Atlantis The Royal at international trade shows when required
  • Be fully updated with all related sales data and sales action plans, keeping in mind budget expectations, cost of sale and ROI analysis
  • Maintain awareness of current and potential markets/trends/, coordinates all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume and increased rate
  • Procures new and repeat business for the hotel by monitoring contact with tour operators, wholesalers, travel agencies, and professional associations within local, regional and international markets
  • Maintains contact with clients and tour operators through personal sales calls, site inspections, telephone contacts, and written communications

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • This role requires regular meeting attendance and flexible working hours
  • Excellent English language and grammar skills – written and verbal
  • Fluency in Spanish will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Excellent and thorough Microsoft Office knowledge with extensive understanding of the use of PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent organization skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Able to prioritize and use initiative
  • Able to deal with sensitive and complex situations
  • Self-motivated and career-driven
