About the Role

The Strategic Sales Support Analyst would need to prepare insightful sales reports, customer business reviews and sales presentations that include solid recommendations that inspire and drive business performance. This role will be partnering with the commercial team and customers to achieve highest levels of service as well as conduct market analysis utilizing leveraging data tools and research.

  • Location: Auckland, New Zealand
  • Reporting to: Commercial Director

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support in communicating compelling Kerry value propositions to customers in a way that inspires action.
  • Management of customer agreements and contracts ensuring high compliance levels.
  • Work with customers and partner with the commercial team on a day-to-day basis to ensure the highest levels of service are achieved.
  • Development of strong internal partnerships with multiple functions, particularly commercial, finance, supply chain, marketing and RDA.
  • Preparation of insightful sales reports, customer business reviews and sales presentations that includes solid recommendations to drive business performance.
  • Competitor, market and margin analysis utilizing data tools and research.
  • Sales pipeline maintenance and management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Efficient and orderly with well-developed analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Presents complex information and recommendations in easily understood and impactful way.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
