Join our Early Careers Program and gain hands-on experience within our Human Resources function. This internship is based in Grasse and offers a unique opportunity to develop practical HR and payroll skills while contributing to meaningful, real business activities.

Description and Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will support the local HR team with a range of operational and administrative activities, including:

  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes and HR documentation
  • Assisting with maintaining employee records in HR systems
  • Supporting payroll data preparation (e.g. absences, overtime, leave)
  • Assisting with HR reporting and data checks
  • Supporting training coordination, registrations, and record maintenance
  • Responding to employee HR-related queries
  • Assisting with internal HR communications and documentation
  • Supporting the documentation of HR processes, including helping to update and organise process descriptions and procedures

What We Are Looking For

  • Currently studying Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related degree
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Interest in HR operations and learning through hands-on experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
