The candidate will be part of the Human Resources team at our headquarters in Padova and will have the opportunity to contribute to various processes and activities related to Human Resources Administration.
Prepare and control the contractual documentation related to employment contracts, temporary work, and internships (e.g., employment contracts, individual contract variations, management of work schedule and location changes, assignment of variable bonuses, etc.).
Contribute to the correct management of processes and regulatory obligations related to the activation, management, and termination of employment contracts, in support of the Group's Shared Service Center and HR Business Partners responsible for personnel management, in compliance with the CCNL Occhialeria and Dirigenti Industria regulations.
Manage attendance and absence using the Zucchetti software.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to support personnel management and company compliance.
Provide continuous support in communication and management of relationships with staff, with a specific focus on administrative and contractual issues.
Manage the schedule (contracts, probationary periods, internships, temporary work, etc.).
Manage administrative personnel practices (e.g., related to parental leave, illness, injuries, etc.).
Support the management of international mobility.
Ensure orderly and timely update of the archive related to Human Resources Administration.
Ensure continuous update on labor law and administrative issues in favor of the rest of the HR function.
Degree in Legal or Economical disciplines
Previous experience in the role of at least 3-5 years, gained in a corporate context
Good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel
Good knowledge of the Zucchetti tool (attendance management)
Knowledge of Labor Law
Knowledge of the English language
Analytical skills and problem-solving attitude
Strong propensity to work in teams and manage interpersonal relationships in a service-oriented and proactive manner
