In the context of its digital transformation, Kering is looking for an AI Client Service Developer Intern to join the Customer Care Tech team based in Paris. The intern will collaborate with experienced developers to design, prototype, and implement AI-driven functionalities within Salesforce Service Cloud, helping shape the future of customer service through intelligent automation and cutting-edge solutions.
We are currently seeking an AI Client Service Developer Intern to join the Customer Care Tech team, for a period of 6 months, starting in September 2026.
Your opportunity: This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in AI-driven development within an international environment. You will work on concrete and innovative projects that contribute to the digital transformation of customer service, while developing your technical skills and deepening your understanding of the luxury industry.
How you will contribute: You will collaborate with developers to design, test, and integrate AI features within Salesforce Service Cloud. You will participate in the development of Proofs of Concept to explore new and innovative use cases. You will contribute to data preparation, model training and fine-tuning, as well as model performance evaluation. You will document technical solutions and share learnings with relevant stakeholders. You will maintain active technological watch on the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, Large Language Models, and Salesforce innovations, bringing new ideas and perspectives to the team.
Who you are: You are currently pursuing a degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related field. You have strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or Apex. You demonstrate a solid understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and tools, including NLP, LLMs, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. You show interest in Salesforce technologies, and prior knowledge of Service Cloud is considered a plus. You have an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and are comfortable working in an international environment. You are curious, proactive, and eager to learn within a collaborative and dynamic team.
