Provides training on brands and product characteristics.
We are currently seeking an Hospitality Sales Manager for our Japanese subsidiary, who will report to the Ginori 1735 Japan GM as part of our dynamic team in Tokyo.
The Hospitality Sales Manager (HSM) is responsible for the Ginori 1735 overall commercial activities in Japan to ensure smooth operations and maximum sales in the Hospitality industry field. The HSM looks after business opportunities in the main and prestigious hotels and restaurants chains, achieve sales targets, organize promotional events and monitor industry trends. He drives successfully prospection and promotional activities of the company working closely to the F&B Directors, Purchase Directors or Hotel General Managers. The HSM will develop and implement the sales strategies, that increase success rate, sales and brand perception providing the regular follow up with KPI.
Develop and execute Hospitality sales strategies aligned with the brand strategy. Act as the key liaison between Ginori 1735 and major hospitality stakeholders. Create and maintain customers relationships for future purchases and activities. Lead activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility. Visit regularly future and existing customers to ensure the follow up of the projects. Create and track KPI. Identify regularly how our brand is currently positioned in the Hospitality market. Communicate the brand values and align company around foundational ideas. Anticipate market trends evolution and keep brand up to date.
At least 5 years experience as Sales Manager in Hospitality or Retail, with a proven track record of success. Able to thrive in matrix environments influencing and coordinating with different stakeholders. Creative and pragmatic: able to implement quickly and effectively from the idea to the result. Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical skills. Good in English.
