Job Opportunity At Balenciaga

Cristóbal Balenciaga founded his House in 1917 in his native Spain. In 1937, he established his brand in Paris and designed his collections there until 1968. Cristóbal Balenciaga, as a couturier, proposed an exacting creation and had the reputation of making no compromises, which earned him the designation by Christian Dior as "the master to all" and as "the couturier of couturiers" by Gabrielle Chanel. Ultra-modern forms have become the signature of the House. If the identity of the House is primarily rooted in its conceptual ready-to-wear, its collections of leather goods, shoes, and other accessories also know worldwide success. The House's bags have become icons of today's leather goods. Launched for the Summer of 2017, the Balenciaga Men's Ready-to-Wear collections have quickly been crowned with success internationally. Since October 2015, Demna has been the artistic director and designs the entire range of collections for the House. The Balenciaga House, which has belonged to the Kering Group since 2001, is one of the most influential names in the world of fashion.

Your Opportunity

Within the Wholesale department, you will actively participate in the deployment and optimization of various wholesale procedures.

Your Contribution

You actively support the team in its operational and commercial processes:

• Support in the management of commercial activity:
  • Help in the daily management and follow-up of customer returns and claims
  • Participate in the control of the conformity of customer orders with the order taking
  • Prepare the necessary documents for sales (line sheets, sales books, customer files, and codes)
  • Support in the follow-up and update of the customer file (in coordination with Zone Managers)
  • Contribute to the follow-up of various administrative tasks
  • Help in the organization of the transport of collections for showrooms, trunk shows, and pre-selling
  • Participate in various projects
• Participation in showrooms:
  • Help in managing the appointment schedule of buyers

You Are

• Education level of Bac +5 in a business school, or University
• With first experience
• Capable of mastering the tools of the Office Pack, especially Word and Excel
• Excellent relational skills and active listening ability
• You are organized, rigorous, and capable of managing several tasks simultaneously while respecting deadlines.
• Proactive and autonomous, you know how to take initiatives while working effectively in a team
• Mastery of English, with excellent fluency in speaking and writing (level B2/C1)
