Job Description
Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future. The intern will be responsible in the following:
- Comprehend ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 50001:2018 standards.
- Assist in preparing and organizing internal and external audit documentation, schedules, and logistics.
- Participate in audits, including notetaking during meetings and reviewing compliance evidence.
- Track audit findings and support timely closure with proper documentation.
- Maintain audit trackers and contribute to post-audit reporting and improvement initiatives.
- Collect and analyze data on energy consumption, emissions, and environmental performance indicators to support internal sustainability reporting and ensure alignment with ISO 50001:2018 and corporate sustainability objectives.
Learning Outcomes:
- Gain practical exposure and hands-on experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) with respect to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 50001:2018 audit methodology and quality management principles.
- Develop skills in audit coordination, stakeholder communication, and compliance documentation to ensure audit readiness.
- Understand the role of QMS in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Excellent communication skills and able to do critical analysis and communicate ideas across all levels.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
