What You'll Do:

  • Diagnose and repair commercial transport motorcoaches using modern diagnostic tools and equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance and CVIP inspections (where qualified and authorized)
  • Conduct test drives and operational checks as required
  • Maintain accurate repair documentation and support parts ordering as needed
  • Work collaboratively with fellow technicians, operations, and management to meet shop priorities
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment
  • Provide mentorship and support for apprentices as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Journeyperson Commercial Transport Technician (Red Seal)
  • We may also consider: AST or Heavy Equipment Technician (HET) Red Seal with proven on-road commercial fleet experience & air brake endorsement
  • CVIP (Commercial Vehicle Inspection Program) License, or an ability/willingness to obtain one within the probationary period
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience, with previous work as a Journeyperson Mechanic considered an asset
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
  • Solid knowledge of Health & Safety practices, including OH&S regulations, with strong attention to detail
  • Employment is subject to a satisfactory background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol screening

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in motorcoach or fleet maintenance
  • Familiarity with electronic work order or fleet maintenance systems
  • Class 1, 2, or 3 license with air endorsement
