Shift into your new role as a service advisor:

Mazda of Dayton is a brand new dealership and we are needing service advisors. This position is responsible for selling repairs and related goods and services, handling warranty concerns, and waiting on customers in person as well as on the telephone. Applicant must be able to multi-task, display good communication skills, and be a team-oriented individual with a positive commitment to customer satisfaction. We have a very loyal customer base where great service is always our #1 priority. This position offers income opportunities not found in most other industries!

Qualifications to Drive Your Career Forward:

• Current/recent experience as a service advisor or auto experience in areas such as express lube, customer service, vehicle repair, vehicle sales, customer facing retail sales is a plus!
• Proven ability to multi-task per past employment
• Good computer skill set; able to work in CDK system with training
• High school graduate; college a plus
• Satisfactory employment references
• Pass background check
