This position reports into Zonal Manager and is based at Thane.

The Senior Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales growth and managing business operations within the Thane region. You will develop and execute strategic plans to achieve targets and build strong customer relationships:

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead innovative sales strategies tailored to the unique market dynamics of Thane, driving exponential growth and market penetration.
  • Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with local businesses and stakeholders to create a robust sales ecosystem.
  • Leverage data analytics and emerging technologies to anticipate market trends and proactively adjust sales approaches.
  • Design and implement community engagement initiatives that enhance brand loyalty and customer retention within the region.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop customized sales campaigns that resonate with Thane's diverse customer base

Education: Required Graduation, Preferred MBA

Required Years of Related Experience: 5-8 year of experience in FMCG Sales

  • Proven ability to develop unconventional sales tactics
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for building relationships
  • Strong analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills
  • Experience leveraging digital tools and social media platforms
