Act as Kenvue's representative for assigned key accounts, demonstrating leadership to build strategic and solid company-to-company partnerships. Formulate and execute strategies to ensure superior in-store execution compared to competitors on a continuous basis.

Mission:

  • Achieve annual sales growth to reach ambitious mid-to-long-term stretch goals: Take responsibility for sell-out at assigned accounts.
  • Contribute to annual increases in in-store market share to maintain or achieve a leadership position.
  • Achieve KPIs: profit amount and margin, ROI on trade funds, sales fundamentals such as distribution and display.
  • Maintain the accuracy of monthly sales estimates (sell-out forecasts) within ±2%, delivering committed figures.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • 1. Build Strategic Partnerships with Key Accounts and Major Wholesalers (Target: Top one-third ranking in Advantage survey)
    • Clearly understand customer strategies and value drivers (Customer Value) to identify the "Sweet Spot" for building win-win relationships.
    • Understand the customer's Decision Mapping and formulate strategies for collaboration based on driving the Sweet Spot.
    • Create a detailed annual plan specifying "when, with whom, and what content" to communicate.
  • 2. Conduct High-Quality Joint Business Planning (JBP)
    • Develop value-driven selling stories tailored to each account, focusing on what the customer values most.
    • Implement the PDCA cycle to maintain a sustained, long-term approach based on mid-to-long-term goals and strategies.
    • Execute differentiated, high-quality JBP meetings that exceed customer expectations, leveraging internal support.
    • Ensure thorough closing and follow-up to achieve high-quality in-store execution.
  • 3. Achieve Sales KPIs for Assigned Accounts
    • KPIs: Number of stores with distribution, number and quality of displays, pricing.
    • KPI Targets: New products, focus items (Hero SKUs), total brand performance (distribution), promotional packs.
  • 4. Contribute to Company-Wide Initiatives
    • Project Leadership: Actively participate in and lead projects that positively impact the entire organization.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of taking on new challenges and achieving high goals, even after setbacks.
