Role reports to: Head Pharmacy Channel Switzerland

Location: Europe/Middle East/Africa, Switzerland, Zug, Rotkreuz

Work Location: Fully Onsite

What you will do:

Care, expand and secure the distribution of Kenvue products in pharmacies and drug stores in the assigned sales area. Coordination of all customer-related matters in cooperation with the extended sales team.

The Sales Representative (Territory Manager) coordinates with the Head of Pharmacy Channel and Area Sales Manager the route plans, visit structure and visit frequency and acts as an independent sales representative in the assigned sales area.

General tasks:

• Ensure and maintain the care of customers in the area in accordance with the visit strategy
• Distribution expansion in pharmacies & drugstores of the newly introduced dermocosmetic brand
• Implementation of sales promotion measures, secondary and shelf placements, displays, etc. with the result of a top placement
• Presentation of various offers / quotes and support of the customer in purchase decision
• Continuous analysis of customer sales and measures to achieve the target setting
• Planning and conducting training for the pharmacy & drugstore team
• Quick processing of orders, customer inquiries and complaints
• Active maintenance of data in the CRM program
• Regular and active exchange of market changes with the extended sales team

Qualifications:

• Training as a pharmacist, pharmacist HF, pharmacy assistant or paramedical training and/or further education as a pharmaceutical consultant
• Communicative, extroverted and successful personality with a strong sales flair and a high degree of self-initiative and flexibility
• 1-3 years of experience in the field of outside sales, OTC or dermocosmetics
• Residence in the sales area
• Fluent German language skills, good English language skills are advantageous
• Good knowledge of current software systems (e.g. CRM system, MS-Office etc.)
