Retail Excellence Position in a dynamic market environment with growth orientation. This position reports to the Customer Finance & Operations Lead Germany and is located in Neuss.
To strengthen our Retail Excellence Team based in Neuss, we are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist (m/w/d). In this role, you will contribute significantly to increasing sales efficiency – with a clear focus on process optimization, invoice and budget management, and controlling.
Your main responsibilities:
- Invoice & Trade Spend Management
- Tracking and analysis of trade investments across all FMCG and OTC customers
- Preparation, analysis, and visualization of relevant KPIs for budget and invoice management
- Creation of meaningful dashboards (e.g. in Power BI and Excel)
- Process Optimization & Tool Management
- Implementation and development of efficient sales processes
- Identification and elimination of bottlenecks as well as standardization of workflows across all customers
- Use of Power BI, Excel, and AI-supported tools for automation and efficiency
- Management, development, and optimization of sales tools
- Ensuring high data quality as well as training and support of the sales team
- Support & Sales Support
- Administrative and operational support of the sales team
- Interface management between Retail Excellence, Sales, and Finance
- Support in analyses, reporting, and decision-making
What we are looking for:
- Successfully completed (university) degree, ideally with a focus on business administration
- First professional experience in key account management, finance, sales operations, or retail excellence – preferably in the FMCG sector
- Proficient analytical skills and high numerical aptitude
- Strong interest in automation, AI applications, and new digital tools
- Very good organizational and analytical skills
- High goal orientation, above-average commitment, and pronounced team capability
- Very good English and German language skills in speech and writing
