Location: Europe/Middle East/Africa, Poland, Mazowieckie, Warsaw

Work Location: Fully Remote

What you will do: In the pharmaceutical OTC team, we are looking for a dynamic person for the position of Sales Manager - Chains & Field Force, who will focus on key aspects of sales management. The person in this position will be responsible for effectively leading the team of Pharmaceutical Representatives (PSR) and Local Key Account Managers (LKAM), with an emphasis on building strong relationships with our customers and developing the sales network.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing the team: Leading and motivating the team of pharmaceutical representatives and local KAMs to achieve set sales targets and develop their skills.
  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing regional sales strategies tailored to market specifics and customer needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, including pharmacy networks, wholesalers, and other OTC industry partners.
  • Results Analysis: Monitoring sales results, analyzing market data, and identifying areas for improvement and development.
  • Training and Development: Organizing training for the team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Creating JBPs: Initiating and developing joint business plans with key clients that benefit both parties and contribute to long-term success.
  • Interdepartmental Cooperation: Close collaboration with other departments (marketing, logistics, research and development) to ensure strategy consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Reporting: Preparing regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and actions taken in team and client management.

Qualifications:

  • Higher education.
  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial position in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the OTC area.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to analyze data and think strategically.
  • Experience in team management and the ability to motivate employees.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
