Role reports to: Sr. Shopper Marketing Manager, JB/AV-B, Essential Health, Skin & Essential Health BU

Location: Asia Pacific, South Korea, Seoul, Seoul

Work Location: Hybrid

What you will do:

• Market & Product Strategy Support: Analyze new market entry opportunities with size of prize and evaluate potential new products
• Launch Planning Assistance: Support communication plans and distribution entry strategies for brand launch with cross-function teams (Global Team, RA, SCM, Sales etc)
• Insight & Reporting: Conduct competitive and consumer trend research, prepare strategic reports and presentations

What we are looking for:

• Strong interest in new business development and brand management
• Interest in premium/derma skincare business preferred
• Strong start-up, proactive mindset & Startup, new biz development experience preferred
• Proficiency in English, Analytical and problem-solving ability (e.g: Brand Management / Strategy Consulting related experience preferred)
