Jr Logistic Analyst

Kenvue is currently recruiting for:

This position reports to DISTRIBUTOR SUPERVISOR and is based at São José dos Campos.

The Jr. Logistics Analyst is responsible for paying freight for deliveries in Brazil; being the focal point between the Operations, Finance and Transport teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management freight (carry out control and validation of freight values)
• Responsible for registering invoices in the freight management system (GKO);
• Creating purchase orders and validating orders (PO) in the Emarket Place system;
• Monitoring department indicators: overdue invoices, outstanding amounts, amounts paid, performance, etc.;
• Holding meetings with carriers and suppliers to monitor pending payments and their needs;
• Registering Service Invoices (municipal freight) and ensuring that they are sent to the responsible department for payment and bookkeeping within the correct timeframe.

What we are looking for:

• Graduated in Engineer, Administration, Logistics or contability;
• Focus on problem solving
• Knowledge of Office package (excel, outlook, etc)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Organization and meeting deadlines
• Agility to work with tight deadlines
• Knowledge of SAP and GKO

Desired Qualifications:

• Power BI – basic
• Basic English or Spanish
• Tax and freight knowledge
