Role reports to: Head of Pharma Poland

Location: Europe/Middle East/Africa, Poland, Mazowieckie, Warsaw

Work Location: Fully Remote

What you will do:

Key Account Manager in the OTC pharmaceutical team will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients and achieving sales targets in the area of OTC products. The person in this position will cooperate with the sales team and other departments to ensure effective implementation of the market strategy and maximize sales results.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing Key Clients: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the OTC sector, including pharmacy chains, wholesalers...
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting established sales targets and developing market share through effective account management.
  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategies for key clients, tailored to their needs and market opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Working with the team and other departments (marketing, logistics, research and development) to ensure effective implementation of the sales strategy.
  • Reporting: Preparing regular reports on sales results, forecasts, and actions taken in client management.

Qualifications:

  • Higher education
  • Minimum 5-year experience in sales or key account management in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the OTC area.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and coordinate cross-departmental activities.
  • Fluent knowledge of English in speech and writing.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
