We are currently seeking a highly skilled and organized Parts Specialist to join our team. As a Parts Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of parts for our generator division. You will be responsible for ensuring that the right parts are readily available in a timely manner to meet the needs of our customers and technicians. This is a challenging position that requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Reports to: MATT MATHIAS

Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using inventory management software
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred

Working Conditions:

Conditions vary based on needed activities and will include warehouse, sales floor and external environments. Some activities will include lifting (maximum 75 lbs.), sorting, standing, and possible extreme heat/cold conditions.

Essential Job Functions:

• Maintain accurate inventory records of all parts and equipment
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts and equipment
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment
• Prepare parts and equipment for distribution
• Assist in the preparation and execution of inventory audits
• Process warranty parts returns
• Resolve discrepancies and address any issues in a timely manner
• Prepare quotes for preventative maintenance plans
• Prepare quotes and manage the generator rentals
