As a Treasury Management Support Specialist, you will work with internal and external customers to provide support during implementation as well as ongoing customer service and technical support for our business customers utilizing treasury management, business products and services.
Every day you will provide assistance to the Treasury Management sales team by ensuring the successful implementation of various business on-line banking products as well as preparing and tracking receipt of contracts. You will manage day-to-day emails, calls and reporting for the team while also working directly with customers to educate them on our products, identify additional needs, offer assistance and track key processes.
To qualify for this role, you must have three or more years of experience in retail or business banking, strong presentation and networking skills, high attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally. You will use banking software to view customer accounts, research statements and transactions, and answer customer questions.
Knowledge of ACH Processing Bilingual/Multilingual is a plus.
