As a Field Services Specialist, you will be responsible for all resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' sites/properties. These activities contribute to maintaining, repairing, and refurbishing sold or existing products. As a Field Services Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Handling all activities related to the testing and validation of equipment, facility, or plant in accordance with the design objectives or specifications for operational use.
• Communicating effectively the findings and recommendations via reports and verbal communication.
• Maintaining calibration of specialized tools.
• Handling standardized project processes and guidelines for choosing the right actions.
• Relaying and implementing the processes and procedures that are frequently updated by other functions.
• Working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience with field maintenance ideally in an industrial environment.
• Be mechanically inclined in personal and professional experience.
• Be able to travel 65-80% of the time both by vehicle and air travel depending on location.
• Have computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office suite and Windows Operating Systems.

Preferred qualifications:

• Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, applied engineering or technology.

• 65% or more travel. You will be paid for travel time as well as overtime if more than 8 hours are worked a day. Travel costs will also be paid.
