Service Technician Position

We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team. You will be working the day shift from Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial and commercial overhead doors and loading docks. The dock equipment involves mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and you will handle electrical work ranging from 110 Volts to 480 Volts. Additionally, you will interact with customers to understand and address issues with equipment, and perform minor mechanical repairs on forklifts.

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair industrial and commercial overhead doors and loading docks.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform electrical work, including motor controls and wiring up to 480 Volts.
• Interact with customers to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Conduct minor mechanical repairs on forklifts.
• Ensure all repairs and installations meet safety and quality standards.

Job Type & Location:

This is a permanent position based out of Morgantown, KY.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $49920.00/yr. Company benefits include a company cell phone or $20/monthly cell phone reimbursement, senior techs make up to $30/hr, all training is in house, 50% paid insurance, 401K match, and they accrue paid time off - every 30 days they work they earn half a day of vacation. They accrue 2 weeks after their 1st year.
