Montrose Environmental Group is seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Vice President (SVP) of U.S. Environmental & Engineering Services (EES) to lead a diverse and growing portfolio of environmental consulting and engineering teams across the United States. This executive will be responsible for setting and executing the division's strategic direction, driving operational excellence, delivering client value, and achieving financial performance across a $150M+ division.
The EES division comprises over 600 professionals across 15+ acquired businesses, and continues to grow through both organic initiatives and strategic acquisitions. This role is pivotal in unifying those teams under a shared vision while honoring their technical diversity-from turnkey remediation services to complex permitting and compliance projects.
As a key member of the MEG Consulting Segment Senior Leadership Team, the SVP will bring thought leadership, operational rigor, and a client-first mindset to advance MEG's position as a leader in environmental and engineering services.
This position can be based remotely in the U.S. and will require a willingness to travel regularly (to visit with teams and clients in particular).

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
15+ years of progressive leadership in environmental or engineering services, including 5+ years at the senior executive level.
Proven track record managing large-scale operations, with $150M+ P&L oversight across multiple geographies.
Deep understanding of U.S. environmental regulations and consulting market dynamics; knowledge of Canadian or Australian frameworks a plus.
Demonstrated expertise in leading through change, integrating acquired businesses, and scaling operations in complex, matrixed environments.
Exceptional leadership, business acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.
