At GE Appliances, a Haier company, we are looking for a Senior Salesforce Field Service Developer with strong solutioning and development experience in Salesforce's Field Service application to join our team. This role will partner closely with Technical and Solution Architects to design and deliver scalable solutions that meet stakeholder needs.

How You'll Create Possibilities

Key Responsibilities

Solutioning and Architecture (50%)

  • Meet with stakeholders to review and document proposed solutions in Jira and Confluence
  • Map data flows, automations, and transformations
  • Partner with Solution Architects and Developers to finalize proposed solutions
  • Identify required creation or modification of system integrations

Field Service Development (30%)

  • Develop custom Field Service Lightning (FSL) extensions and other applications using LWC, Apex, and Salesforce tools
  • Leverage third-party integrations (via MuleSoft) to connect data sources
  • Provide technical clarity and guidance to junior developers
  • Support QA, UAT, and bug resolution as needed

Collaboration and Oversight (10%)

  • Serve as DevOps team lead for release management preparation and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with Technical and Solution Architects on business requirements, acceptance criteria, and proposed solutions

Other Responsibilities (10%)

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Assist project leaders with roadmap and timeline input
  • Contribute to other related duties as assigned

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related technical field
  • 3 years of Salesforce Field Service technical architecture experience
  • 5 years of Salesforce Field Service development experience in a Service Cloud environment
  • Must have one of the below: Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Field Service Consultant, Architect, or other relevant Salesforce certification
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and participation in Agile ceremonies
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work full time US EST hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related technical field
  • Additional Salesforce certifications
