Salesforce Technical Architect
Provides technical leadership for assigned workstreams, designing robust integrations, data movement, and custom Salesforce applications. Owns technical governance for the workstream, ensures code quality and security standards are met, and translates functional designs into clear technical specifications that a delivery team can build and support.
Responsibilities:
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications, estimates, and build plans.
- Define integration and data flow patterns (APIs, middleware/iPaaS where applicable), including error handling, monitoring, and support approach.
- Establish and enforce engineering standards, including secure coding practices, design patterns, documentation, and review gates.
- Lead design reviews and code reviews to ensure maintainability, performance, and security.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across code, automation, integrations, and environments.
- Partner with Solution Architect and stakeholders to manage tradeoffs, risks, and delivery constraints.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years delivering Salesforce solutions in a technical leadership role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), plus automation strategy.
- Proven experience designing integrations and coordinating data migration activities in a multi-system environment.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security fundamentals and secure delivery practices.
- Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability determination as a condition of employment.

- Salesforce Certified Platform Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
