Are you an eager sales professional adept at hunting for new business and achieving or exceeding sales goals? Life Safety Services is seeking to fill several Sales Representative positions. The Inside Sales Representatives will hunt for new business, call on renewals, follow up on inquiries from potential customers and be key to helping the Sales Team reach its overall sales goals. Ideal candidates for these positions will have sales or telephone sales experience and have a desire to grow their sales career with Life Safety Services. The Sales Representatives will work from the corporate offices in Louisville, Kentucky and have daily access to experts in the passive fire protection industry. The Sales Representatives will sell our services to commercial and healthcare facilities in Southern California, Southern Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico and in Northern California, Northern Nevada, Colorado and Utah. The individuals in this role will work M-F in the corporate office from 11:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. (EST). The Inside Sales Representatives responsible for selling LSS services in these territories will report to the Director of Sales for the West.
Motivated by selling and the opportunity to earn commissions. Commitment to learning the facility safety business and thriving in selling the company's services. Some familiarity with CRM, particularly Hubspot. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Demonstrated sales success. Some experience selling services preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure. A desire to grow with the company. Proficient in using MS Excel and Word. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Strong verbal, written, listening and interpersonal skills; must be able to communicate effectively with various level of management, other staff, customers and outside vendors. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks. The capacity/potential to lead other inside sales representatives would be a plus.
BA degree required; experience may be considered in lieu of education. Three or more years of proven success in telecommunication sales, outside sales and/or account and business development.
