Job Description:
Provide facility maintenance and housekeeping support, support for emergency facility issues, remote support for material handling systems for UPS operations teams. Prioritize service requests and work with vendors, consultants, design teams, local stakeholders and engineering staff to successfully restore equipment back to operation until issue is resolved. Document incidents, parts usage, system breakdowns, and failure reports. Adapt systems based upon demonstrated support needs to provide most efficient support services. Complete work order management for all non-emergency repairs, facility related preventative maintenance inspections, facility inspections, and facility compliance. Manage internal and external facility housekeeping staff. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure that vendors statement of work is met. Analyzes historic work order trends and cost reporting to improve processes and reduce expenses. Provides administrative or technical support to ensure effective on-going operations. Applies knowledge of established processes and procedures to execute with excellence. Performs administrative work that requires working knowledge and skills developed through formal training or work experience. Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area by evaluating and selecting solutions from established options. Impacts own team through the quality of the services or information provided. Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.
